First Monday Candlelight Zoom Yoga

Slow-flow restorative yoga by candlelight via Zoom - Join from anywhere!

  • Our practice will include a slower grounding and restorative flow, along with breath awareness & meditation exercises.
  • Students are encouraged to set up their yoga space with low light and candles/fireplace to create a calm atmosphere. Students should bring a few pillows for support during restorative poses and a light blanket to stay warm.
  • Suitable for most anyone from beginners or more experienced students.

Payment & Registration:

Payments are accepted through our secure payment system when you register OR you may pay cash outside of the website. If you want to purchase a class pass within the website, you must purchase it BEFORE you register for the class. Click here for pass information.

After you have purchased a pass through the website, log into the website before registering for the class, then select 5-Class Pass from the payment methods so it will be applied to your pass.

Class Prep:

Students may want to have the following props handy (but no big deal if you don’t):

  • Yoga mat or blanket, towel – if you’re on carpet, you may not need one
  • 1-2 yoga blocks or sturdy books/boxes (locals can borrow from me)
  • Strap or belt/long ribbon (locals can borrow from me)
  • Light blanket/towel (good for under tender knees or wrists)
  • Small pillows and/or bolster
  • Candle(s)
