
Private sessions are available by appointment for individuals or small groups in person or via Zoom.
Private sessions are ideal for students who want to learn yoga basics outside of a group setting or for those who may have unique physical needs they wish to address with yoga.
Each session is tailored specifically to the needs of the student(s).
The first session will be a personal consultation to discover the needs and goals of the student(s).
Individual Private Sessions: 1/2 hour, 45 mins, 1 hour
